ONOC Speaks to Laguna Hills Seniors |
| Four ONOC members spoke before Seniors of the Florence Sylvester Senior Center in Laguna Hills on June 24th. Karen Embree of Creative Organized Solutions spoke on the benefits of being organized addressing peace of mind, saving time and money and making room for things you really love. Amanda Armstrong of Room to Breathe gave a run down of the principles of organizing and how to apply those principles to any area of the home. Lisa Guzzo of Working Space Unlimited taught the group of over 50 seniors how to tame the paper beast including getting rid of junk mail and setting up an easy filing system. Evelyn Rapozo of Organize Plus talked about family heirlooms versus inherited clutter giving some easy tips on leaving a clutter free legacy. The two-hour program was preceded in May by Barbara Langdorf of SOS Financial Organizers, who spoke about Estate Organizing. |
